What is sacred connection? What grows passion and devotion in our relationships? What kindles the flame of love that every heart longs for?
We are interdependent beings. Our sense of wellness depends on the flow of love in our lives. Our capacity to love and be loved is endless, and can expand exponentially. Love rejuvenates, heals and nurtures all of us.
And yet, most of us struggle to embody this capacity fully. We don't know how to activate what we want most in our hearts into our relationships. Often, we focus on "fixing" a relationship when it isn't yielding what we think it should and find ourselves frustrated that our well intended attempt doesn't yield the love that we yearn for.
In my own experience , I have learned that embodying love and sacred connection is an individual journey as well as a relational journey. You are only able to connect to another's depths to the extent that you are able to connect to your own depths.

Embodying Sacred Connection is possible. It begins with embracing your own sacredness so that you can more skillfully embrace the sacredness of another. It is feeling alive and feeling ecstatic pleasure in your senses. It is experiencing divine Love on earth.
It is your birthright.
